{"id":2649,"group_id":"wd-37321-1","user_id":null,"template_id":null,"source":"mjm-integration-default","title":"IT Business Solutions Senior Partner","description":"<p><b>AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking an <u>IT Business Solutions Senior Partner <\/u>to join our organization. <\/b><\/p><p><\/p><p><b>The primary duties of the Senior IT Business Solutions Partner are:<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p>Partner with Business Process Owner(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of their business and how technology and automation can enable their success.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Automotive & Emergency Road Services Expertise<\/b>: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions align with customer service operations such as roadside assistance, fleet management, and telematics integration.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Salesforce & OmniChannel Optimization<\/b>: Drive the adoption and optimization of Salesforce solutions (e.g., Field Service Lightning) and integrate them with OmniChannel platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in mobile service environments.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Strategic IT Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement<\/b>: Lead strategic planning efforts to align technology initiatives with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that support growth and improve service delivery.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Automotive & Emergency Road Services Expertise<\/b>: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions align with customer service operations such as roadside assistance, fleet management, and telematics integration.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Coordinate with the business to identify and provide analytical support for solution designs, production issues and enhancements.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Perform complex analysis of data and current operational state and manage the relationship to operational and financial objectives of ACA.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Partner with IT leaders on design solutions & to provide advice on potential impact to various parts of the business and strategy.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Identify scope, benefits, constraints and risks for new projects and initiatives.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Responsible for designing, publishing and maintaining the integrity of executive-level reports ensuring consistent and timely delivery to key stakeholders.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Develop metrics and reports using research and tools provided by ACA.
