You\u2019ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, 30 days after you start!<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Over 2 weeks of Paid Time Off<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>8 Paid Holidays<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>401(k) retirement plan with up to 7% company match<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>FREE Company-Paid Life Insurance<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Tuition Reimbursement (up to $5,250 per year)<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>FREE AAA Membership<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Paid Training and Paid ASE Certifications<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Paid Uniforms<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p><b><span>Location Address:<span class=\"emphasis\"> <\/span><\/span><\/b><span class=\"emphasis\">2054 Somerville Road, Annapolis, MD\u00a0 21401<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><b><i>What our Automotive Technician Level C's do:<\/i><\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><b>Perform the following repairs: basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, basic brake diagnosis and repair, alignments, tire repair, oil changes, fluid maintenance exchange, and battery check and installation.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p><b>What you will need to succeed:<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><b>High School Diploma or equivalent.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Ability to accurately repair vehicles using standard automotive procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of two (2) years as an automotive technician.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certification in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering, and Brakes, or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Valid Driver's license<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs, and stand for prolonged periods of time.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.<\/b><\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Authorized to work in the USA.<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p>AAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
