What You Will Do on the AAA Team:
Service Advisors: You will be the face of our business, greeting customers, answering calls, and scheduling appointments with a friendly, helpful attitude. You’ll guide customers through their repairs and services, ensuring they fully understand the work and associated costs. You’ll coordinate the shop’s workflow, distribute tasks to technicians, and monitor job progress. Additionally, you’ll arrange transportation services when necessary and stay proactive by notifying customers of upcoming service needs based on manufacturer recommendations and inspection dates.
Assistant & Store Managers: You will manage the success of your store by overseeing sales, service delivery, staffing, and operational tasks like inventory control and facility management. You’ll lead by example, monitoring workflow and consulting with Service Advisors to ensure that work is assigned to Repair Technicians based on their skills. A key part of your role will be developing your team, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you’ll build community connections to enhance AAA’s reputation and grow business. You’ll also manage the financial health of your location by overseeing income, expenses, and ensuring annual revenue and sales goals are met. Promoting safety is essential, and you’ll ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local laws as the Health & Safety Officer for your facility.
What You Will Bring to AAA:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred for management roles).
Prior experience in the automotive industry, particularly in a management capacity for Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles.
Proven organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to relay that information to both customers and team members.
Proficiency with PC-based systems and automotive software.
A passion for helping people and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Valid Driver's License.
Authorized to Work in the USA.
